Paw Protectors are durable three-piece mesh nets that prevent your dog from sticking its paws through the roll bars of your MotoCan.
The Paw Protectors consist of three pieces: a central mesh and two side pieces. They can be installed together for full coverage or individually where needed.
The central mesh attaches to the upper side roll bars and extends underneath the cushion of the carrier. This creates a strong yet flexible mesh wall on both sides of the MotoCan.
The rear meshes enclose each side of the rear, forming a semi-circular shape. They are secured to the upper and lower roll bars and to each other with adjustable Velcro straps. This creates a semi-rigid barrier that leaves just enough space at the rear for your dog’s tail to hang freely, if desired.
The Paw Protectors are made from 2.5 cm double-layer security straps sewn together in a grid pattern. This technique creates a mesh structure that is more durable than regular mesh and allows for significantly greater airflow through the checkerboard-shaped spaces.
When firmly attached to the carrier, the strap structure also allows for limited stretching to ensure maximum comfort for cradling your dog’s rear quarters.
